Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is AG-7MN1-S-09-0001 and is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The NAICS is 541360, business size is $4.5 million. This solicitation document incorporates those provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-28. The USDA, Agricultural Research Service, Jornada Experimental Range, Las Cruces, New Mexico has a need for Aerial Imagery services. The Aerial Imagery requirements are included in this synopsis/solicitation as Attachments. There are two sets of attachments each corresponding to a different geographical sites in the western United States (Madera, CA and Las Vegas, NV). Each site has two Statements of Work (SOW) which are to be considered two separate line items. Please provide separate pricing for each SOW. Please show individual pricing for each Project. Also, you may price both into a lump sum price if you are offering a discount for combining projects. I have included an attachment to show the breakdown of pricing. Price to include delivery to the USDA, Agricultural Research Service, Jornada Experimental Range, 2995 Knox Street, Las Cruces, New Mexico 88003. Each offeror shall include their proposed delivery schedule as part of their quotation. Acceptance and FOB point are destination. In order to be considered for award offerors shall provide a quotation on company letterhead and include with the bid schedule detailing the unit pricing and references for the proposed item. References must have received the proposed item within the last three calendar years (Government references preferred but will accept commercial references) shall also be provided for the item quoted.
