Description
NAICS Code: 5417 COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATIONAWARD WILL BE MADE BASED ON THIS ONE POSTING, ONLY. See attached Statement of Work for Background and Purpose; Specific Tasks; Deliverables; Travel and Period of Performance. Additional Required Qualifications:1. Resume demonstrating knowledge, experience and expertise in preforming the type of work specified.2. Detailed description of the last 3 (three) years of work experience of the type described in the Statement of Work.3. A minimum of 3 (three) references with contact information. In addition, the contractor must provide his/her DUNS and TIN, and must be actively registared in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) system. SUBMISSION OF QUOTES: DUE BY E-MAIL DELIVERY, ONLY, ON OR BEFORE 5:00 PM, CST, ON 01/14/2009.Direct to: witcher.melissa@epa.gov QUOTE FORMAT: Quote should provide an estimate of hours needed to accomplish each individual task, and the corresponding dollar value. Travel expenses should be quoted as a separate line item and must be reasonable. Note: Hotel, mileage and per deim rates are subject to Federal Goverment travel rate limitations. Airfare must be obtained at an economical rate and will be paid at actual expense (no first class accommodations' will be authorized). If you need information on Government travel rates, you may refer to GSA.gov Quotes should be formated to correspond to the format in the Statement of Work (for example, Task 1, Task 2, etc). At the end of the quote, you should provide a cumulative total for all hours and dollar values. IMPORTANT: You must compy with all elements required under this notice or your quote may be deemed non-responsive which would result in no consideration. Award will be made to the contractor who offers the Government the Best Value, considering price and other factors. Evaluation will be based on Qualifications, Relevant Experience, and Price. Qualifications and Relevant Experience will be provided more weight in the evaluation process than price alone.
