- The Overton Brooks Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VAMC), Shreveport, Louisiana has a requirement for service in the Monroe, Louisiana area defined as counselors for individually, groups, or families specifically directed at a social, psychological, or behavioral problem(s), which bear a distinct relationship to process of readjustment from military duty, during the Vietnam Era, Persian Gulf, and Operation Enduring Freedom, to civilian life. Services will be provided to eligible Veterans referred by the Overton Brooks Veterans Outreach Center. Contract will be for a base period with provisions for four one year options.
