Description

RELEASE OF REVISED DRAFT RFP DATED 9 JANUARY 2008 The Spacelift Range Group (LRRG) is releasing a revised RFP for industry review and comment. All final comments should be submitted to Mr. Michael Talbott, michael.talbott@losangeles.af.mil on or before 13 January 2009. This RFP is a revised draft of RFP FA8811-09-R-0001 released on 18 December 2008. The changes made to this revised draft are as follows: SECTION B: Revised the CLIN structure and descriptive data for the CLINs to ensure PWS numbers were correct. Revised SECTION B clauses to be consistent with CLIN structure. SECTION D: Revised clauses to be consistent with CLINs and Attachments to the RFP. SECTION F: Revised clauses to be consistent with CLINs and Attachments to the RFP SECTION H: Revised clauses to be consistent with CLINs and Attachments to the RFP. NOTE: SMC H-014, OCI Clause, has had a significant rewrite. SECTION I: Revised clauses to be consistent with CLINs and Attachments to the RFP. SECTION L: There has been a significant rewrite of this section to incorporate comments from Offerors and to ensure consistency with the attachments to the RFP. SECTION M: There has been a significant rewrite of this section to incorporate comments from Offerors and to ensure consistency with the attachments to the RFP. This announcement is for information and planning purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation, nor is it to be construed as a commitment by the Government. The Government will not pay for any effort expended in responding to this notice.
