Description

PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE: THIS PROJECT IS SET-ASIDE FOR CERTIFIED HUBZONE SMALL BUSINESS CONCERNS. Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment and supervision necessary to perform waterfront repairs and stabilization at the existing bulkhead located at U. S. Coast Guard Base, Charleston, South Carolina. The estimated value of this procurement is between $250,000 and $500,000. The performance period will be 120 calendar days. Bid, payment and performance bonds are required. The applicable North American Industry Class System (NAICS) Code is 237990. The small business size standard is a 3-year averaged annual gross receipts of $33.5 million. Hard copies of the solicitation are not available. No telephone requests shall be accepted.
