Description
W15QKN-09-X-0408 - Market Survey - Pro-E Maintenance Contract On behalf of the US Army Armament Research and Development Command (ARDEC),the US Army Contracting Command, Joint Munitions and Lethality Contracting Center, is interested in obtaining vendor interest in bidding for and establishing a new active maintenance contract for PTC Pro/ENGINEER software. ARDEC is interested in obtaining vendor interest in bidding for and establishing a new active maintenance contract for PTC Pro/ENGINEER software. PTC Pro/ENGINEER software annual maintenance contract must allow access to product information and support that ensure user success with Pro/ENGINEER. The minimum level of service must be the Gold Support Package for all users. All proposals must include as a minimum during the term of the contract: Unlimited technical support via the Internet and Call Center New product builds and versions released Reduced pricing on license upgrades and packages Simplified license management ARDEC currently uses PTC Pro/ENGINEER pre-packaged bundles Foundation XE, Advanced SE, Advanced XE, and Enterprise SE for approximately 150 users. ARDEC is interested in proposals that are discounted and reduce the cost of associated maintenance for Pro/ENGINEER. Interested parties are requested to submit a description of their services along with other available information (i.e. brochures) that describe current capability to: U.S. Army Contracting Command, JM&L Contracting Center, ATTN: David J. DeCandia, Joint Armaments Contracting Center, CCJM-JA, Building 10, Picatinny Arsenal, N.J. 07806-5000 EMAIL ADDRESS david.decandia@us.army.mil. This Market Survey is for information and planning purposes only, and does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP). This Market Survey is not to be construed as a commitment by the U. S. Government. If a formal solicitation is generated at a later date, a solicitation notice will be published. No award will be made as a result of this Market Survey. All information is to be submitted at no cost or obligation to the Government. The Government reserves the right to reject, in whole or in part, any private sector input as a result of this Market Survey. Respondents will not be notified of the results of this survey or results of information submitted. Please submit your responses NLT 1400 (2:00 PM) EST, 19 January 2009.
