- The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has a potential requirement to upgrade the NasQuest Analysis Tool that supports the EnRoute Host Computer System.The attached is a Statement of Work. Interested parties are advised to submit a capabilities statement in response to sections C.2 and C.3 of the attached SOW. Submissions shall be no longer than two (2) pages in length. An elaborate proposal is not required. Responses to this announcement are due by 2 PM on Thursday January 15, 2009 and shall be directed to Lori McLaughlin, AJA-4730, Atlantic City International Airport, NJ 08405. An original and one copy is required. The purpose of this announcement/market survey is to determine if there are enough small businesses with the requisite capabilities to perform this work. All interested parties are encouraged to respond, however, in the event that adequate small business responses are received to justify small business competition, this requirement shall be set aside exclusively for small business participation. For informational purposes, the NAICS code for this requirement is 541511. Note: Funds are not presently available for this requirement. The FAA's obligation under this requirement is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of FAA for payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this requirement and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer. The FAA is under no obligation to issue an award as a result of this market survey.
