Description

Sandia National Laboratories (SNL) is looking for interested parties to contract for the Fabrication, Assembly, Installation and Start-up of two new capital equipment items as part of a congressional Line Item titled Test Capabilities Revitalization Phase 2 (TCR Phase 2). The two items are identified as the High Speed Gas Gun (Gas Gun), and the 20-inch Actuator (Actuator). These two separate items are made up of a number of sub-assemblies and are to be integrated into a common (existing) control system. The Gas Gun and Actuator will be installed by the contractor into building 6570, an existing facility in Technical Area 3 (TA-3).
