Description
MISSILE ALERT FACILITY (MAF) CCTV STATEMENT OF WORK The scope of work for this project includes the installation of government furnished Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) system to include but is not limited to, four Bosch Prepackaged Fixed Day Night Camera (Part #KBE-495V28-20), four pan-tilt-zoom cameras (three VG4-323-ECS0W and one VG4-323-ECS0M), a monitor (19RTLB), a digital video recorder (DB12C2025D2), power supplies (four VG4-A-PSU1 for Autodomes and one ALTV2416600UL3 for fixed cameras), and at least two infrared illuminators (Extreme CCTV UFLED30-8BD and UFLED60-8BD). One of the PTZ cameras will be pole mounted outside the MAF fence on the left side of the access road as you approach the MAF. This will require trenching and conduit from the pole to the garage (F.E. Warren and Minot AFBs) or to the exterior telephone box (Malmstrom AFB). Existing conduit will then be used to reach the monitoring location inside the Security Control Center. The cameras will be installed to provide 360 degree viewing of the MAF to include the MAF fence line and 25 meters beyond. On some sites the topography may require the use of existing light poles to elevate cameras. The poles will require additional stiffening to limit movement in high wind condition. The infrared illuminators will be located on structures or existing poles in such a way as to illuminate dark areas of the MAF where the cameras are not capable of detecting intruders due to poor lighting. The contractor will provide and install all required conduit, conductors, connectors, hardware and sufficient uninterruptible power supply (UPS) units for the system to operate a minimum of 10 minutes. The system will be installed at 45 geographically separated MAFs. The MAFs are located throughout Montana, North Dakota, Wyoming, Colorado and Nebraska. Each facility will have its own stand-alone CCTV system. Installation at all locations shall be completed in 120 days from Notice to Proceed of Construction Phase. This may be set aside for small business or an 8a depending on the capabilities of the firm to accomplish all work within the 120 day time frame.
