Description

The 42nd Contracting Squadron at Maxwell AFB, Alabama 36112 intends to award a sole source contract to Denver Marriott Tech Center, for the following: Audio visual equipment rental and support required in support of the Air Force Judge Advocate General (AFJAG) School's Annual Survey of the Law. The survey is being conducted at the Denver Marriott Tech Center, Denver, Colorado on 23-24 January 2009. The above referenced AV equipment and tech support are necessary to perform this conference. The Denver Marriott, a large business, does not allow outside vendors to bring AV equipment into their facility or to operate their equipment. The North American Industry Classification System code is 532490 with a size standard of $7.0M. This will be a firm-fixed price contract.
