Department of Interior (DOI)Minerals Management Service (MMS)Wired Telephone ServiceJanuary 7, 2009 DescriptionThe Department of Interior, Minerals Management Service (MMS) has a requirement for non-personal commercial local and long distance wired telephone services for several locations including, MMS Denver CO, Dallas TX, Farmington NM, Houston TX, Oklahoma City OK, Tulsa OK, WASC Denver CO, PMI Denver CO, Anchorage Alaska, and Camarillo California. Services shall include but are not limited to POTS lines, T-1 lines, BRI-ISDN lines, and PRI lines with B Channels and D Channels which will accommodate numerous DID lines. All locations may need to retain current telephone numbers. Quotations must include all additional charges for services including, but not limited to installation fees, forwarding fees, all other non-recurring fees, directory assistance, call forwarding, call waiting, and cancel call waiting. All carrier computed charges, taxes, fees, and surcharges must be included in the quotation for monthly service. Services providers will be allowed to quote on one, more than one, any or all locations. All responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by the agency. This purchase is being accomplished under NAICS 517110, SIC 4813, PSC 304. MMS intends to award one or more than one competitive Firm Fixed Price contract(s) with incidental Time & Material or Labor Hour line items under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 Commercial Acquisitions and FAR Part 13.5 Test Program for Certain Commercial Items. The period of performance is anticipated to be for a Base Year plus Four One-Year Options. The magnitude and estimated value range of the total five year purchase(s) is between $500,000 and $1,000,000.
