THIS IS A REQUEST FOR VENDORS INTERESTED IN THE BELOW PRODUCTS. THIS CONSTITUTES AN INFORMAL REQUEST FOR INFORMATION AND IS NOT A FORMAL OPENING OF SOLICITATION OR REQUEST FOR BIDS. DOMESTIC SUPPLIERS ONLY. PLEASE SEND RELEVANT CONTACT INFORMATION, CAGE CODE, AND CONTACT INFORMATION TO MICHAEL.E.OCONNOR@DLA.MIL. Skirt, Maternity, PD 96-11, Pattern date: April 19, 1996 This (………..) covers the requirements for maternity skirts made of a blend of 77-83 percent polyester and 17 percent (minimum) wool. The skirt shall consist of a one piece front with a nylon stretch panel inserted across front and a two piece back with waist darts. The skirt shall have a full elastic waistband, and shall be unhemmed. Hem finishing tape of sufficient length to cover the skirt hem shall be shipped with each skirt. Tunic, Maternity, PD 96-13, Pattern date: December 15, 1998 This (…………..) covers the requirements for a maternity tunic made of 77-83 percent polyester and 17 percent (minimum) wool. The tunic shall be sleeveless, V-neck, with two side seam pockets and two front princess seams which form pleats below the bustline. The neck and armholes shall have facings with fused interlining. The back closure is by a slide fastener. Slacks, Maternity, A-A-59531, Pattern date: April 19, 1996 This (……….) covers the requirement for maternity slacks made of 77-83 percent polyester and 17 percent (minimum) wool. The slacks shall have two back waist darts, a full elastic waistband, an upper front stretch panel, straight legs and unhemmed, overedge Stitched bottoms.
