Description
The Mission and Installation Contracting Command, Fort Bragg intends to issue a solicitation for a Strong Bonds Retreat for Military Families, 16-18 January 2009, Beech Mountain N.C. The Contractor will be responsible for providing 50 condos to accommodate 100 personnel. Each condo will have 2 bedrooms and 1-2 bathrooms. Two (2) conference rooms are required from 4:00 PM 16 January to 12:00 PM 18 January. Conference rooms must be modern, clean and available with athe following items: Two (2) wireless microphones, sound system, compelte with speakers, DVD playing capabilities with a large screen for viewing in both rooms. Refreshments will be required for conference dates and times as follows: 7:00 to 9:00 PM on 16 January, 9:00-11:00 AM on 17 January and 7:00-9:00 PM 17 January. Refreshments shall consist of fruit, coffee, juice and tea. Meals will be required as follows: 16 January dinner for 100 adults and 35 children; 17 January breakfast for 100 adults and 35 children; 17 January lunch for 100 adults and 35 children; 18 January breakfast for 100 adults and 35 children. The contract type will be a firm fixed price contract. NAICS code is 721110 and size standard is $7 million. The solicitation can be viewed at https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/ or www.fbo.gov/ on or about 7 January 2009 under solicitation number W91247-09-T-0112. Once the solicitation is posted, it is the responsibility of the interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all documents. Offers received in response to the solicitation will be evaluated in accordance with procedures outlined in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13. Award will be made on the basis of the lowest evaluated price. All responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by this agency.
