- This combined synopsis/ solicitation is in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC) located at 1300 W. Richey Avenue, Artesia, New Mexico, intends to award a firm-fixed purchase order for BDU Pants and Utility Shirts. Items requested as follows: 1. Propper BDU Pants, Navy Blue W/Zipper, Size: Medium/ Regular 200 Each 2. Propper BDU Pants, Navy Blue W/Zipper, Size: Large/ Regular 200 Each 3. Propper BDU Pants, Navy Blue W/Zipper, Size: X-Large/ Regular 200 Each 4. Propper BDU Pants, Navy Blue W/Zipper, Size: 2XL-Regular 200 Each 5. Dickies Utility Shirt, Light Blue, Size: Small 25 Each 6. Dickies Utility Shirt, Light Blue, Size: Medium 25 Each 7. Dickies Utility Shirt, Light Blue, Size: Large 150 Each 8. Dickies Utility Shirt, Light Blue, Size: X-Large 150 Each 9. Dickies Utility Shirt, Light Blue, Size: 2X-Large 75 Each 10. Dickies Utility Shirt, Dark Blue, Size: Small 25 Each 11. Dickies Utility Shirt, Dark Blue, Size: Medium 25 Each 12. Dickies Utility Shirt, Dark Blue, Size: Large 150 Each 13. Dickies Utility Shirt, Dark Blue, Size: X-Large 150 Each 14. Dickies Utility Shirt, Dark Blue, Size: 2X-Large 75 Each Equal items are acceptable. Pants style number is TXFG0084NVR. Utility Shirts are 65% Polyester, 35% Cotton. Short Sleeve with flaps on the pockets of the shirt. Please provide pricing for F.O.B Destination, Delivery Time, Payment Terms, DUNS number. PLEASE NOTE: If an equal product is quoted please provide detailed information on that item. Samples will be requested from the apparent bid winner. This procurement is set aside for small businesses. Each offeror is required to enter into https://orca.bpn.gov/ its certifications and representation required by provision FAR 52.212-3 - Offeror Representations and Certifications- Commercial Items. FAR Clauses 52.212-4 and 52.212-5 are applicable to this acquisition.
