Amendment to Q7350090012 combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items for delivery, setup and removal of items listed below. Please note bid opening has changed to January 8, 2009 at 2:00 p.m. CST. Delivery and setup can begin on January 13, 2009, take down remains on January 22, 2009. Quantities have changed to the following: 1. 20 x 30 white tents with vinyl sides, internal lighting needed, no flooring. (water barrels or concrete blocks may be used instead of staking) 16 each $___________ $__________ 2. Electric Heating System (no propane will be used) 16 each $__________ $__________ 3. Light Towers (exterior lighting source) 16 each $___________ $___________ 4. Generators sufficient to power lights, heating system, and battery chargers. Must be able to operate for at least 20 hours. 16 each $_________ $_________ 5. Folding Tables - approximately 8ft. x 20ft. (4 tables per tent) 64 each $________ $_________ 6. Folding Chairs (either metal or study plastic) (15 chairs per tent) 240 each $_________ $_________ 7. Storage Containers - miniumum size 8 x 10 or maxiumum size of 8 x 20 16 each $_________ $_________ 8. Port A John - Handicap accessible, lockable 16 each $_________ $_________Johns to be cleaned and serviced daily with toilet paper to be supplied, no pumping. 9. Coffee Makers 100-110 Cup 16 each $________ $________ One addtional tent with the following for President's Park: 10. 20 x 20 white tent with vinyl sides and floor (standard tent floor) with interior lights, and electric heating system (must be electric only, no propane) Tent can be staked. 11. Tent above will need 2 folding tables 8ft x 20ft. 2 each $________ $________ 12. Tent above will need 5 folding chairs (metal or durable plastic) 5 each $________ $_________ 13. Tent above will need 2 coffee makers 100-100 cup 2 each $__________ $_________ 14.
