- Contractor to provide all labor, supervision, equipment and material to replace existing fixtures and sink faucets to auto flushing energy water saver for the Social Security Administration Building, 6303 Rugby Avenue, Huntington Park, CA. Estimated completion: within 30 calendar days. This procurement is reserved for small business under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. The estimate price range is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. Plans and specifications will be available on or after December 23, 2008. GSA is not issuing this solicitation electronically. Requests for specifications, plans and plan holders' list must be made in writing, including your street mailing address, telephone and fax numbers, with reference to GS-09P-09-WK-C-0009, to the attention of Annette Lakes, at the GSA North Los Angeles Field Office, 300 North Los Angeles Street, Suite B300, Los Angeles, CA 90012 by mail, by faxing your request to 213-894-3473 or by email at ‘annette.lakes@gsa.gov.’ Site Visit: Thursday, January 15, 2009 at 10:00 a.m. REVISED ontractors are to meet at the Social Security Administration Building, 6303 Rugby Avenue, Huntington Park, CA. Proposals due: Friday, January 23, 2009 at 3:00 p.m. REVISED Cameras are not allowed on federal property. You are required to maintain an active registration in the Business Partner Network's Central Contractor Registration (CCR) System and be registered in Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA).
