Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The California National Guard has a requirement to establish 2-3 Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA's) for lodging and miscellaneous hotel services for the Rancho Cordova, CA and San Diego, CA locations. Two or three BPA's will be established for both areas and will be administered for 5 years. A BPA IS NOT A CONTRACT. Vendors must include pricing for the following: Audio visual package (price per day) to include 1 each 8ft screen, 1 each wireless hand held microphone, 1 each wireless lavaliere microphone, and 1 each mixer for house sound, room rental to accomodate a minimum occupancy of 30-40 and maximum occupancy of 60 people (price per room per night), conference rooms (to include 1 each main meeting room at a minimum of 3,130 sq. ft. and 1 each breakout meeting room at a minimum of 1,100 sq. ft.) (price per room per day), continental breakfasts for approximately 60 people (price per meal and menu must be provided), assorted beverages for approximately 60 people (price per beverage), and any applicable service charges (per day). Room occupancy and attendance will vary each month. Vendors must be available for the following dates and have adequate space to accomodate personnel: SAN DIEGO AREA - January 23-25, 2009, March 20-22, 2009, May 22-24, 2009, July 17-19, 2009, September 18-20, 2009 -- RANCHO CORDOVA AREA - February 20-22, 2009, April 17-19, 2009, June 26-28, 2009, and August 21-23, 2009. Vendors are not required to bid on both locations. All vendors must be registered in the Central Contractors Registration (CCR). Quotes are due no later than January 16, 2009 before 1:00pm PST.
