- The Aberdeen Area Indian Health Service is currently seeking potential quoters for a Firm Fixed-Price, Non-Personal Service Purchase Order to provide Laundry Services for the Pine Ridge PHS, IHS Hospital in Pine Ridge, South Dakota. The period of performance will be February 1, 2009 through December 31, 2009. The Contractor shall perform according to the Statement of Work. The unit price is an all inclusive cost which is to include travel, lodging, per diem, fringe benefits, federal, state and local taxes, plus all other costs pertinent to the performance of the purchase order. The Request for Quotations (RFQ) package will not be posted on FedBizOpps. Requests for the RFQ package, RFQ-09-031, shall be in writing either by email or fax. In the written request please reference RFQ number RFQ-09-031 and provide a postal mailing address, email address, and fax number where the RFQ package can be sent. The RFQ package will be released approximately fifteen (15) days after the date of this publication which will be January 14, 2009. The closing date of the RFQ package is January 29, 2009. This is a small business set-aside.
