Description

BPA 6FLS-N1-096170-I for miscellaneous 5130’S issuing December 30th, 2008, and closing on January 30th, 2009. PLEASE INCLUDE AN ORIGINAL FORM 1449 WITH ORIGINAL SIGNATURE/DATE and a copy of the ENTIRE BPA solicitation package that has been thoroughly filled out. This Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) contains 46 (SOP) National Stock Numbers (NSN’s). The period of this BPA will be for 5 years, beginning on 3/1/2009 or date of award, through 2/28/2014 (or 5 years from date of award). The 46 items are In Accordance With (IAW) various technical descriptions, Commercial Item Descriptions (CIDS), Specifications (Specs) and brand names/equals. The majority of items are set-aside for small business. Small businesses may offer products from either large or small manufacturers. (Item #’s NOT Set-Aside area: 10, 15, 20, 21, 29, 40 and 41. See Item Purchase Descriptions (IPD’S) /Schedule Items for Individual NSN requirements. Delivery will be 30 DARO and FOB destination (freight is included in the price of the items). This BPA is available on the Federal Business Opportunities Internet website: http://fedbizopps.gov. Please place your offers in the offer schedule that precedes the Item Purchase Descriptions.
