- ///THIS IS A RESUBMISSION OF SOLICITATION W58RG-08-R-0327 THE QUANTITES HAVE CHANGED////////// The contractor shall furnish all depot level labor, facilities, tools, test equipment, and material. Contractor furnished parts shall be either manufacturers original equipment or from an approved, qualified and/or engineering tested vendor. No surplus parts shall be used or applied. Input/output NSN: 2925-00-063-0788 Input/output P/N: 23064-001 The proposed contractual action will be a Five (5) year, firm fixed price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Maintenance and Overhaul type contract, with a minimum quantity of 60 each and the maximum quantity of 360 each. The maximum quantity includes an estimated 20% for Foreign Military Sales. Required delivery shall be FOB Origin to Texarkana, TX. There is a Technical Manual TM 55-2925-240-40, change 2 dated 6 April 1970 and MEO C5312 dated 29 June 2005. This is a small Business Set-Aside. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the Agency. No telephone requests for solicitation will be accepted. Request for solicitation will be by fax or mail. You may mail your request to Sharon Cook, AMSAM-AC-AL-M, Bldg 5303, 2nd Floor, Redstone Arsenal, AL 35898-5000. Proposals can be hand-carried or accepted by mail. No datafax or emails will be accepted for proposals. This requirement is currently unfunded. Award will be withheld pending receipt of sufficient funds. The closing date annotated is an estimate date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of the solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above.
