Description

The United States Patent & Trademark Office plans to award a sole-source commercial item contract in the amount of $289,542.92 with options for additional maintenance utilizing GSA schedule procedures to Entrust, Inc. in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 only one responsible source. No RFP will be issued as a result. The Commercial Item is as follows: Critical Path i500 Directory w/1,000 entries (Qty: 3); Entrust Desktop Suite (Qty: 10,000); Entrust Digital ID – Full ID (Qty: 10,020); Entrust Authority (Qty: 5); Entrust TruePass Users (Qty: 3); Due to the proprietary nature of the manufacturer’s software, only the software manufacturer, Entrust, Inc., 8300 Greensboro Drive, McLean, VA 22102 is the only known source qualified to provide the required products.
