Description

We would like to bring to your attention the opportunity to review and comment on a draft Statement of Work for USAID/Pakistan Strengthening Justice program. This is not a Request for Proposals, please do not submit proposals in response this request. The draft Statement of Work describes the proposed purpose, objectives, and key elements of the program. Your comments will help finalize the Statement of Work and structure for the Strengthening Justice program. Please submit your comments via email to primary POC with a copy to secondary POC. The deadline to submit comments is January 9, 2009. This announcement is a Request for Information (RFI), not a Request for Proposals (RFP) and is not to be construed as a commitment by the USAID/Pakistan to issue any solicitation or ultimately to award a contract on the basis of this RFI or otherwise to pay for any information submitted as a result of this request. USAID plans to issue a Request for Proposals (RFP) in February 2009 to accept proposals for this program through the normal RFP process. If a solicitation is released it will be synopsized in FedBizOpps. It is the potential offeror’s responsibility to monitor these sites for the release of any solicitation or synopsis. It should be noted that responding to this RFI will not give any advantage to any firm/organization in the subsequent procurement. USAID/Pakistan will not provide answer to any question submitted in response to this request. Thank you for your assistance and interest in the USAID/Pakistan programs.
