Description

This synopsis is for a fixed price PO for Backplane Assemblies. Maximum contract quantity is 9 EA. No option years will be solicited. Item 1: NSN: 5998-01-287-2088AY; NOUN: Backplane Assembly; P/N: 717511975-019; Delivery : 31 July 2009 to WR-ALC, Robins AFB, GA. The approximate RFP issued date will be 17 December, 2008 with the approximate response date of 30 December, 2008. RFQ will be available at www.fedbizopps.gov only. No telephone requests. Only written or faxed requests received directly from the requestor will be acceptable. T his is a limited source procurement per USC 2304(c)(1) TO: Lockheed Martin Corp -Orlando Fl, CAGE: 04939 Justification: Supplies (or services) required are available from only one or a limited number of responsible sources and no other type of supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Specifications, plans, or drawings related to this procurement are incomplete or not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. All responsible sources solicited may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered. See Notes 22, 26 and WR-ALC CBD Note B.
