- The Washington Headquarters Services Acquisition and Procurement Office (WHS A&PO) intends to issue a solicitation for Drycleaning and Laundry Services in accordance. The Contract will require the Contractor to provide dry cleaning, laundry, alterations and repair services for the uniform clothing of the Pentagon Force Protection Agency Police Officers located at the Raven Rock Mountain Complex as set forth in this performance based work statement. All laundry and drycleaning will be performed at the contrator’s place of business. The proposed performance period is one base year from approxiatemately 01 January 2009 through September 30, 2009 with four (4) option years – 9 months each not to exceed September 30, 2013. This is a (Indefinite Quantity) IDIQ type contract. Solicitation Number HQ0034-09-T-3007. The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 812320 with a size standard of $4M. This Acquisition is a 100% set aside for small business. Please monitor this site for further information pertaining to this acquisition. This solicitation will be issued electronically as well as any amendments on the Electronic Posting System (EPS) website http://www.fedbizopps.gov. Paper copies will not be available. Once the solicitation is posted, it is incumbent upon the interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to this solicitation. All offerors must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR- www.ccr.gov) as well as the Online Representations and Certifications Applications (ORCA) database or risk their proposel being considered non-responsive regardless of its completeness, timeliness or other salient considerations. Offerors wishing to submit a quote are responsible for downloading their own copy from this website. All questions can be submitted through email. 52.212-2 EVALUATION--COMMERCIAL ITEMS (JAN 1999) (i)- lowest price technically acceptable; (ii)- Technical Capability; (iii)- Past Performance; (b) Options. The Government will evaluate offers for award purposes by adding the total price for all options to the total price for the basic requirement. The Government may determine that an offer is unacceptable if the option prices are significantly unbalanced. Evaluation of options shall not obligate the Government to exercise the option(s). (c) A written notice of award or acceptance of an offer, mailed or otherwise furnished to the successful offeror within the time for acceptance specified in the offer, shall result in a binding contract without further action by either party. Before the offer's specified expiration time, the Government may accept an offer (or part of an offer), whether or not there are negotiations after its receipt, unless a written notice of withdrawal is received before award.
