- The 21st Contracting Squadron intends to award a sole source purchase order for 1 Haken Audio Continuum MIDI Controller, from Haken Audio. This instrument will be used by the US Air Force Academy Band for worldwide band performances. The proposed acquisition will result in a firm fixed priced contract. The delivery location is Peterson AFB, CO 80914 and the proposed terms are FOB Destination. This notice of intent to award is for notification purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation for quotations. Information received will be considered for the purpose of determining whether the government will conduct a competitive procurement. A determination not to compete this proposed acquisition based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. All qualified sources may submit a response, which if timely received, will be considered by this agency. Written responses shall provide evidence the offeror can provide all of the requirements. Responses must be received NLT 11 December 2008, 1200 hours MDT. The government does not intend to pay for information provided by any agency. Contractors must have a current registration with Central Contractor Registration (CCR) at http://www.ccr.gov, Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) at http: //ocra.bpn.gov, and Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) https://wawf.eb.mil. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals.
