- The following is the Government's response to vendor questions: 1.QUESTION: Please consider this e-mail as a request to obtain the current and previous contractor names, contract values and corresponding bid schedule for the above-referenced service, if this is an existing contract. ANSWER: There is no Incumbent. 2.QUESTION: Under Contractor Qualifications section c) "Offerors are required to furnish evidence of company success rate (rate = number accepted/number referred)" this is not information necessarily tracked in the commercial recruitment world. Also, in order to provide "evidence" of such it would require us to devulge the names of candidates which would violate their confidentiality. Would number of placements in the medical field for the years 2005, 2006, 2007 surfice? Also, in terms of evidence, would you like to see invoices, tax returns? ANSWER: The number of placements is acceptable. Points of contact to verify placements will be sufficient evidence. 3.QUESTION: Is a company at a $9 million size standard able to bid on this solicitation? ANSWER: No.
