- The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center Norfolk Contracting Department (FISC), Philadelphia Office intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for a firm fixed price contract for the acquisition of Recruitment Services in support of the Command Navy Recruiting Command's (CNRC) efforts to meet diversity targets. These services include locating and presenting qualified, diverse applicants for the Navy Nuclear Power Office Candidate (NUPOC) Program as well as Medical Professionals specified in the PWS. The resultant contract shall consist of a 12 month base period beginning the date of award with one (1) three-year option period. This requirement will be solicited on an unrestricted basis under NAICS code 541612. The solicitation shall require the submission of a technical proposal as well as a price proposal. The RFP will be made available electronically, upon its release, at http://www.neco.navy.mil. All vendors must be registered in the Central Contractor Regist! ration (CCR) at http://www.ccr.gov.
