Description: I. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included with this notice. This announcement constitutes only the solicitation; proposals are being requested, a written solicitation will not be issued. II. The solicitation number is QMAA-FD-080650-N and is being issued as a request for quotation. III. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-27. IV. Notice: The solicitation is 100% full and open and we anticipate an award of a firm fix price contract. The NAICS code is 336211 with a size standard is $7.0 million. V. Contract line item number 0001: PLEASE SEE ATTACHMENT FOR ITEM(S). VI. FOB: Destination. Place of delivery is VA Medical Center 1400 Blackhorse Hill Road Coatsville, PA 19320. VII. The provision of 52.212-1, Instruction to Offers-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition and a statement regarding any addenda to the provision. VIII. The provision 52.212-2, Evaluation –Commercial Items, applies to this procurement. The evaluation procedure to be used for this procurement is lowest price technically acceptable. IX.
