- Sources sought for Spares part of the AN-TPN-31 Air Traffic Navigation Integration and Coordination System (ATNAVICS) and the AN-FPN-67 Fixed Based Precision Approach Radar (FBPAR). These systems provide radar surveillance and air traffic control to military and commercial aircraft. The Government does not possess specifications and-or detailed drawings for the spares to be procured. Currently, the said spares are being provided by Raytheon Electronics Systems, Sudbury, MA. Raytheon is the original developer and integrator of the AN-TPN-31 and AN-FPN-67 systems. As part of this acquisition effort, changes to existing software may be needed so that the spare achieves the required performance within the system. Software is proprietary to Raytheon and is not available for competitive procurement.
