Description

The Bureau of te Public Debt on behalf of the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) is posting a sources sought notice to obtain an electronically accessible web-based and relational database application-based dataset consisting of Nationally Recognized Statistical Rating Organization (NRSRO) credit rating on publicly rated debt of both issuers and issues. This should contain current as well as historical ratings such that we can analyze historical credit rating migrations. The information being requested is for planning purposes. See attachment for complete description of requirement.
