The Bureau of the Census is issuing this notice as a combined synopsis / solicitation for a Scotsman Ice Machine, cabinet stand and water filter system. See requirement listed below. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation: proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation 51-SO-BC-9-00012 is issued as a Request For Quote. This solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 2005-27. Dated 17-SEP-2008. Description: QUANTITY FOUR: SCOTSMAN ICE MACHINES, MOD. NO. MDT5N40A-1 (AIR COOLED, NUGGET DISPENSER) Description: QUANTITY FOUR: CABINET STANDS FOR ABOVE ICE MACHINE, STAINLESS STEEL, MOD. NO. DMS21S-B Description: QUANTITY FOUR: "EVERPURE" WATER FILTER SYSTEM, M/N EV9324-01 DESCRIPTION: INSURICE 2000 SINGLE FILTRATION SYSTEM Delivery is FOB destination to the Bureau of the Census, 1201 East 10th Street, Jeffersonville, IN 47132, Attn: Receiving Section Bldg. 60 F. Acceptance is at the same location. Delivery date is on or before 4 weeks after receipt of the award. Awardees will have to be registered at CCR.gov and complete a U.S. Census Bureau vender registration form. Be sure to include all shipping and handling charges to the delivery location. Bids are due by 5:00 PM eastern time on 05-DEC-2008.
