- Date: 13 November 2008 SUBJECT: INVITATION FOR INTERNATIONAL BID INVITATION FOR INTERNATIONAL BIDDING (IFIB) # ACT-SACT-08-16, for the acquisition of ; Contract Support for IT Administrator support services to the Program Controller of the Integrated Capability Teams, PCON Branch at Headquarters Supreme Allied Commander Transformation. REFERENCE: BI-SC Directive 60-70 Dated 22 December 2004. Dear Madam or Sir, Your company is hereby invited to participate in an Invitation for International Bidding with the intent to award a contract to be established on behalf of North Atlantic Treaty Organisation by the Supreme Headquarters Allied Command Transformation (HQ SACT), located in Norfolk, Virginia, United States of America. Partial Bidding is not authorised. The bid closing date for this IFIB is 12.00 Hours (noon), Thursday, 08 January 2009, Eastern Standard Time, Norfolk, Virginia, U.S.A. (local time). In accordance with BI-SC Procurement Directive at reference, the sealed bid opening is not public. The following documents are considered an integral part of this IFIB; •a.
