Description
REQUIREMNT: The USDA, Farm Service Agency Ben Hill/Irwin County Office in Fitzgerald, Georgia is interested in receiving expressions of interest for approximately 7,975 Usable square feet of Class A office space together with 44 on-site paved parking spaces. DELINEATED AREA: The area considered must be within an areas bound on the North: by East Central Technical Institute; East: by Highway 129: South: by Old Whitley Crossing, West: by Forest Estate Subdivision. TERM: The term of the lease will be ten (10) years with one five (5) year renewal option. OCCUPANCY: Space should be ready for occupancy within nine (9) months after award of lease. OTHER: Submission by other than the owner or manager of a property must be accompanied by a letter for the ownership granting permission to make a general offering of space. In instances where the offeror is representing more than one property, the offeror is hereby notified that they may only participate in negotiations on behalf of the owner. EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST SHOULD INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING: 1. Building Name and Address, and location of space in the building. 2. Rentable Square feet offered and rate per rentable square foot (specifying services and utilities included) 3. ANSI/BOMA Usable Square Feet and the Common Area Factor. 4. Contact Information for Owner or Authorized Agent. WRITTEN NOTICE OF AVAILABILITY OF SPACE MUST BE SUBMITTED BY 4: 00 PM ON December 15, 2008.
