Description

Montrose, NY Enhanced-Use Lease InformationDescription The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is seeking qualified entities for a long-term ground lease redevelopment opportunity of approximately 172 acres of land on the VA Hudson Valley Health Care System (VAHVHCS), Montrose Campus in Montrose, NY. The objective of this initiative is to maximize the value of the Enhanced Use Lease (EUL) asset within the constraints and restrictions identified by VA, while developing a successful, long-term, mutually beneficial business relationship with VA. The Final Request For Proposals (RFP) was released on November 7, 2008 and responses are due to VA on February 9, 2009.
