- PR#: IQC08274009045 Solicitation #: SPM5M509R0001 Nomenclature: Gaskets, Packings, O-rings, and Seals RFP Issue Date: 11/25/2008 RFP Due Date: 01/16/2009 Gaskets, Packings, O-rings, and Seals (Various). FSC 5330 and 5331. This procurement will be for a stock Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) to be awarded under FAR 13.5 Test Program for Certain Commercial Items. It is for a potential five year contract for various sole, approved, and acceptable source NSNs. The IQC will be for a one-year base period, with four one-year options. The procurement is for 124 restricted core NSNs. The non-core consists of all other items included in the 5330 and 5331 stock classes where Parker Hannifin is considered a sole, approved, or acceptable source. If the need arises to add additional items, this will be completed on a post award basis via the Add / Delete Clause. Required delivery schedule is 120 days after the date of each order. Numbered note 12 applies to those items which have more than one source listed on the item description. Note: Copies of this solicitation can be found on the Business System Modernization – DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) website after solicitation opening date at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil. From the DIBBS homepage, select “Search RFP/IFBs” from the top menu bar. Then search by the solicitation number you wish to download. RFPs are in portable document format (PDF). In order to download and view these documents you will need the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader. This software is available free at http://www.adobe.com. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. Offers will be evaluated for past performance using the Automated Best Value System (ABVS). Past Performance will be more important than price. DSCP reserves the right to award contract(s) resulting from solicitation SPM5M509R0001 to multiple contractors.
