Description
THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTIFICATION. This request is for information only and is not a Request for Proposal. The Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC), Mid-Atlantic Division, Norfolk, Virginia, is hereby soliciting notices of interest from potential 8(a), HUBZones, Service Disabled Veteran Owned, and Small Business sources to provide all labor, management, supervision, tools, material, and equipment required to perform Facility Investment services for facilities at Sewells Point Site including Naval Station Norfolk and Chambers Field Norfolk; - Portsmouth Site including - Norfolk Naval Shipyard Portsmouth and annexes; -- Portsmouth Naval Medical Center, Portsmouth; -- Little Creek Site including - Naval Amphibious Base Little Creek, Norfolk; - Naval Air Station Oceana Site including -, Fleet Training Center Damn Neck and, Fentress Airfield, Virginia Beach; -- Peninsula Site including - Naval Weapons Station, Yorktown and Cheatham Annex, Williamsburg. Also in! cluded are various locations within a 50-mile radius of the above. The Contractor shall perform maintenance, repair, alteration, demolition and minor construction for the following: Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) monitoring system for the NAVFAC Midlant Utilities and Energy Management Section. The work also includes performing indefinite quantity such as maintenance; repair and/or construction designated by the Contracting Officer via issued Task Orders. The proposed contract will be a combination Firm-Fixed Price and Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity type contract with Award Term Options. Additional information related to this procurement will be available once the specifications are available in electronic format only on www.neco.navy.mil website. A contract utilizing source selection evaluation factors is anticipated. The North American Industrial Code System (NAICS) code is 541511 with a size standard of $25M. Interested sources should prov! ide a letter of interest via e-mail in Microsoft Word format to: shelia.bullock@navy.mil. The letter should include a Capability Statement that includes the following: 1) Name and address of firm, 2) Relevant experience and past performance, 3) Size, status, program, if applicable, 4) Ownership, 5) Year firm was established, 6) Name of two principles to contact, including title and telephone number, 7) approved NAICS for your firm. Information from all interested parties should be received no later than 08 December 2008.
