- Numerous Questions have been asked regarding SDVOSB and this procurement. FAR 52.219-27 Notice of Total Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Set Aside and FAR 52.219-14 Limitation on Subcontracting apply. Both FAR Clauses state "At least 50 percent of the cost of contract performance incurred for personnel shall be expected for employees of the concern." Please note that "Concern" in this instance refers to the Prime Contractor.
