The space should yield a minimum of 1,150 and a maximum of 1,257 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet. General Information Document Type:Presolicitation Notice Posted Date:November 5, 2008 Response Date:November 14, 2008 Solicitation No.:6NY0400 Category:Lease or Rental of Facilities Contracting Office Address General Services Administration, Realty Support Branch, 26 Federal Plaza, New York, NY 10278 DELINEATED AREA: The proposed space must be located within the following delineated area: South of I-684 West of Connecticut State Border North of the Hutchinson River Parkway East of I-287 LEASE TERM: The proposed lease is for ten (10) years, five (5) years firm cancelable after five (5) years on 90 days written notice. The proposed lease shall be fully serviced and meet Government requirements for Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility.. REQUIREMENT: Space offered must have potential for efficient layout and be ready for occupancy by November 1, 2009. Brokers or agents may represent the prospective landlord, but any properties or proposals submitted by brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence that they are authorized to represent the building’s ownership.
