- NSN: 3110-00-576-3562, SPM4A5-09-R-0178, PR 0017790010, Bearing, Roller, Self-Aligning, Source Control Item. The technical, quality and test requirements will be in accordance with DuCommun Technologies Inc., Cage 08719 Drwg 1004656 Rev P, P/N: 1004656. Approved source is the Timken Corp, Cage 21335, P/N: 1004656. Specifications, plans or drawings relating to the procurement are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. The domestic bearing restriction ( DFARS 225.7009 and DFARS 252.225-7016) has been waived for this NSN in accordance with procedures at DFARS 225.7009-4 due to lack of availability of domestic sourcing. This is being procured as other than full and open competition under 10 USC 2304(c)(1), as an unrestricted procurement. The solicitation is for a proposed large firm fixed price contract for quantity 510 with a 100% quantity option. FOB Destination, inspection/acceptance Origin. Requested delivery is 137 DARO. Progress payments are not authorized for this NSN IAW FAR subpart 32.5. Possible stock delivery locations are any CONUS facility. Solicitation should be available on or about 11/21/08 and close on 12/12/08. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
