- DESCRIPTION OF WORK The purpose of this solicitation is to secure a complete set of services to accomplish hand tree thinning, hand piling and burning of slash. This project will be posted to FedBizOpps as a pre-solicitation notice on or about November 6, 2008. The project will upload in FedBizOpps as a solicitation on or around November 18, 2008, and bids will be due at the Malheur National Forest office COB on December 17, 2008.
