- The Rockhouse is an existing 2 –story residence residence, with cellar and crawlspace, on the grounds of the Sheridan Work Center, Sheridan Wyoming. The interior of the house has been demolished down to the interior stud walls, roof rafters and floor joist. This contract shall consist of some rough and finish carpentry, millwork including coutertops, architectural finishes, exterior soffit and columns finishes, gutters and downspouts, doors, plumbing, HVAC, fire protection, lighting and electrical.
