- This RFI is amended to provide clarification on the information requested concerning potential teaming arrangements. Paragraph d. under the Technical section is amended to read as follows: d. Potential Teaming arrangements. If available, provide the potential team members you are considering for partnership in executing this effort. Describe their capabilities and/or their expertise and how the team will operate as one cohesive unit to successfully execute the CTS requirements. If teaming arrangements have not been formed, describe previously executed efforts that are similar to CTS, where your company teamed with other companies to compliment your base capabilities and enhance your ability to meet or exceed the requirement. The information provided should describe how you executed the effort to ensure all members worked as a cohesive unit and what expertise or benefit your team member contributed to the effort. Your response should also state if you intend or do not intend to team for this effort.
