- Description
- The Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) intends to solicit proposals from qualified 8(a) firms under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 541690 for a project entitled "Expert Technical Assistance Support Contract for OPR." The requirement is intended to provide supplemental expert assistance and support to the Office of Performance Review (OPR) headquarters and regional division staff. This assistance and support will include on-site and off-site organizational performance reviews, follow-up urgent site visits, and State and community strategic partnership sessions. This assistance is intended to enhance overall program performance and management systems of all grantee activities supported by HRSA to increase access to health care services and reduce health disparities among uninsured and underserved populations. The solicitation will result in a cost reimbursement type contract. The anticipated period of performance is for twelve (12) months with the option to extend for four (4) additional twelve (12) month periods, for a total of five (5) years. Solicitation Number 09-N250-OPR-6251-MM will be posted at this site on or about November 17, 2008 with proposals due approximately 30 days after. It is the offeror's responsibility to monitor this site for issuance of the solicitation and any amendments.
