Description
NSN: 3110-01-146-9312, Ring, Bearing, Inner. Purchase Request Number IQC08137009020. “Source Control Item.” “Air Force Critical Safety Item”. General Electric G.E. Aircraft Engines (Cage 07482), Drawing 9732M35 Rev T. Approved Sources: MRC Bearings (Cage 38443), P/N 9732M35P112, Timken Corp (Cage 21335), P/N 9732M35P14, FAG Bearings (Cage 36069) P/N 1962M90P01. Terms are FOB Destination, Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. Requested delivery is 240 Days ARO. This NSN is a critical application item and is not commercial. Solicited as Unrestricted on an Other than Full and Open competitive basis. Solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC). The contract will be effective for a one-year period with provisions included to extend the term of the contract up to four (4) one-year periods. The estimated annual quantity is 154 each per contract period. The contract will include a guaranteed minimum quantity of 38 each (base year only) and an annual maximum quantity of 307 each. The minimum delivery order is 38 each and the maximum delivery order quantity is 154 each. Deliveries will be to DLA stock locations on the east and west coast. Surge requirements are not applicable. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation issue date is anticipated to be November 14, 2008.
