- Furnish all supervision, labor, supplies, equipment, and all things necessary to perform janitorial services at the Marine Recruiting Office, 420 S. Germantown Road, Cordova, Tennessee. It is anticipated that a firm-fixed price contract will be awarded for a base year and two one-year options. This procurement is 100% set-aside for small business. The small business standard for which is a concern, including its affiliates whose average gross revenue does not exceed $15 million for the past three years under NAICS 561720. The solicitation will only be issued as a direct download at the following website: https://www.fbo.gov. The solicitation is due to be posted on or about October 28, 2008. All prospective bidders must be registered in FBO before they will be allowed to download solicitation information. The solicitation will not be provided in a printed paper format, however, the Government reserves the right to revert to paper medium when it is determined to be in the Government's best interest. Therefore, it is the offeror's responsibility to check the website for solicitation posting and any changes to the solicitation.
