- UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT SEEKS TO LEASE OFFICE SPACE IN WARREN, MICHIGAN GS-05B-18259 The United States Government seeks to lease commercial office space in Warren, Michigan. The space offered should consist of office and storage space. Flex space will be considered. The space offered must consist of approximately 16,000 rentable square feet yielding 13,640 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet. DESCRIPTION: Site must be located outside the 100-year flood plain. The space shall be located in surroundings conducive to a professional business area. The location must not be in the immediate vicinity of any potential environmental threats, such as fuel storage areas, gas stations, chemical manufacturing facilities, etc. The space shall conform to Government requirements for fire and life safety, and shall be ADA compliant and asbestos abated. Should the DoD occupy 25% or more of ANSI/BOMA office area square feet in the building, the space must fully meet DoD Unifed Facilities Criteria (UFC) 4-010-01, DoD Minimum Antiterrorism Standards for Buildings. DELINIATED AREA: The proposed space must be located within the following delineated area: North:16 Mile Road South:10 Mile Road East:Hayes Road West:Livernois Road REQUIRED: All services, supplies, utilities and tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. The Government requires 7 – 10 on-site, secured parking spaces. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. LEASE TERM: The proposed lease is for ten (10) years, five (5) years firm, with the Government having cancellation privileges after 5 years. ESTIMATED OCCUPANCY DATE: February 1, 2010. OWNERS/AGENTS: Those parties interested in responding to this advertisement should provide the following information - Building name and address; - One-eighth (1/8) inch scale drawing of space being offered; - Square footage of space being offered; - Method of measurement used to determine rentable square feet; - Name, address and telephone number of individual to be contacted and; - Evidence of authority to represent the owner.
