- The General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease office space consisting of approximately 7,820 rentable square feet in Olympia, WA. The rentable space shall yield a minimum of 6,800 ANSI/BOMA Office Area (previously Usable) square feet, available for use by tenant for personnel, furnishings, and equipment. The space must be contiguous. The building must be located in the Olympia Central Business District. The proposed lease is for ten years, five years firm and should be fully serviced. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than July 1, 2009. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire and Life Safety, Seismic Safety and Handicapped Accessibility.
