- Description
- The Contracting Center of Excellence (CCE) on behalf of Arlington National Cemetery intends to award a Sole Source Contract to Global Resource Group, Inc, 1235 Jefferson Davis Hwy, Arlington, VA 22202. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to provide Landscape Services to Arlington National Cemetary. The work is primarily performed at the U.S. Soldiers and Airmans Home National Cemetery. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate the required services with only one source IAW with FAR, Part 6.302-1,Only One Responsible Source. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the Government will consider all capability statements of no more than 5 pages received by 10:00 a.m., 17 October 2008. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government in future procurements. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
