- SUMMARY REQUIREMENT: The General Services Administration (GSA) desires to lease approximately 3,717 existing rentable square feet of office and related space, yielding 3,232 ANSI/BOMA Office area (formerly usable) square feet of existing modern office space. A minimum of 25 surface spaces are also required. BUILDING REQUIREMENT: The facility must be professional in appearance, well maintained, of modern design, and of sound and substantial construction. The space shall be located in a professional office setting. Space shall not be located within a base floodplain or wetland unless the Government has determined it to be the only practicable alternative. The requested space must be fully serviced, and in a building capable of meeting, or being altered to meet, the Government’s needs and security requirements as well as the Government’s requirements for fire and life safety and handicapped accessibility. UNIQUE REQUIREMENTS: It is preferred that office space is contiguous, and located on first floor with an efficient layout. LOCATION / DELINEATED AREA: The building offered must be located Within the City Limits of Espanola, NM. LEASE TERM: The term is for ten (10) years, five (5) years firm. Expressions of interest should include the following: 1.Building name and address. 2.Floor plans of space offered. 3.Confirm BOMA method of measurement, usable yield for available space by floor, and building common area factor. 4.Name, address, and telephone number of individual to be contacted. OWNERS AND AUTHORIZED AGENTS: Brokers and agents may represent prospective landlords, but any properties or proposals submitted by the brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence that they are authorized to represent the building’s ownership. AUTHORIZED CONTACTS: In no event shall the offeror enter into negotiations or discussions concerning the space to be leased with representatives of any Federal Agency other than the officers and employees of the GSA.
