You may fax or mail your request ATTN: AMSAM-AC-DL-AB, GERALDINE WILLIAMS, Contracting Officer, FAX number 256-876-6628. PRON: AX8T2026AX, NSN: 2840-01-362-4936, PN: 6080T48P01, NOUN: Shaft, Turbine, Turbi, Quantity: 16 each applicable to the T-701C (UH-60/AH64A), with delivery to Texarkana, TX 75507-5000. This item is restricted to General Electric Co., Cage 99207 because this part requires engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part. Existing unique design capability, engineering skills, and manufacturing knowledge by the qualified source(s) require acquisition of the part from the approved source(s). Production Lead-time without First Article Testing is 16 each due 120 Days After Contract Award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Standardized Aviation and Missile Source Approval Request (SAMSAR). The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation, however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above. Foreign firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the Agency. NOTES: 22, 23 and 26.
